Privacy Policy

When you contact us through the Site — including the contact form and the Wyn Assistant lead form — we collect the information you choose to submit: your name, email address, phone number, the subject of your inquiry, your message, and, if you choose to share it, an investment capital range. We also collect information you send us directly by email or phone.

The Wyn Assistant chat widget generates its replies from scripted responses on your device. The text of your chat conversation is not transmitted to us or stored by us; only the information you enter into the lead form and choose to send is submitted to Wyn Group LLC.

2.1 Site analytics. We use aggregated website analytics provided by our hosting platform to understand page views and site interactions, such as when a form is submitted. This analytics service does not use cookies and does not build individual visitor profiles for us.

2.2 Visitor identification. We use a third-party visitor identification service on the Site. When you visit, this service collects information about your device and browser, your IP address, and online identifiers, and may match that information against its own databases and those of its partners to help us identify the individuals or companies visiting the Site so we can follow up about our services. This technology may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies. You can limit this collection with browser privacy settings, tracker-blocking tools, or by contacting us as described in Section 7.

2.3 Server logs. Like most websites, our infrastructure providers automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and operations purposes.

As a commercial real estate business, we may obtain professional and business contact information — such as names, business email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details — from licensed data providers, public records, and publicly available sources. We use this information to identify and contact businesses and professionals who may benefit from our services.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide our brokerage, advisory, and property services;
• Follow up with visitors, prospects, and clients about services that may be relevant to them;
• Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site;
• Comply with legal obligations, including real estate licensing and record-keeping requirements.

We use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help organize, classify, and route inquiries and business contact information. We do not use automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that support our business — including website hosting and analytics, database infrastructure, email delivery, workflow automation, visitor identification, and sales and marketing platforms — which process it on our behalf. We may also share information with our professional advisors; when required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wyn Group LLC or others; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, sale, or reorganization.

Our own analytics does not rely on cookies. The third-party visitor identification technology described in Section 2.2 may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and to limit tracking through privacy settings and extensions; the Site remains usable with these technologies blocked.

7.1 Marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message, replying to tell us, or emailing hello@wyngroup.com.

7.2 Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@wyngroup.com. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live — including under Minnesota and other U.S. state privacy laws — you may have additional rights, and we honor those rights where they apply.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted connections and restricting access to lead records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
