Privacy Policy

When you contact us through the Site, including the contact form, we collect the information you choose to submit: your name, email address, phone number, the subject of your inquiry, your message, and, if you choose to share it, an investment capital range. We also collect information you send us directly by email or phone.

The Ask Wyn chat widget generates scripted responses on your device. The text of your chat conversation is not transmitted to us or stored by us. Only information you enter into its lead form and choose to submit is sent to Wyn Group LLC.

2.1 Site analytics. We use aggregated website analytics provided by our hosting platform to understand page views and site interactions, such as when a form is submitted. This analytics service does not use cookies and does not build individual visitor profiles for us. We load it only after you allow Analytics in Your Privacy Choices.

2.2 Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page views, site navigation, and high-level conversion events, only after you allow Analytics in Your Privacy Choices. We do not send contact-form fields, chat text, email addresses, phone numbers, or names to Google Analytics. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalization for this implementation. Google Analytics also redacts the value of the Site's inquire URL parameter before collection, and the Site removes that value from the browser address bar. 2.3 Behavioral analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Clarity may collect interactions with the Site, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and technical information about your device and browser. We load Clarity only after you allow Visitor and session insights in Your Privacy Choices. We mask the Site's chat and contact interfaces from Clarity. 2.4 Visitor identification. We use a third-party visitor identification service on the Site. We load it only after you allow Visitor and session insights in Your Privacy Choices. When you visit, this service collects information about your device and browser, your IP address, and online identifiers, and may match that information against its own databases and those of its partners to help us identify the individuals or companies visiting the Site so we can follow up about our services. This technology may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies. You can limit this collection with browser privacy settings, tracker-blocking tools, or by contacting us as described in Section 7.

2.5 Server logs. Like most websites, our infrastructure providers automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and operations purposes.

As a commercial real estate business, we may obtain professional and business contact information — such as names, business email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details — from licensed data providers, public records, and publicly available sources. We use this information to identify and contact businesses and professionals who may benefit from our services.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide our brokerage, advisory, and property services;
• Follow up with visitors, prospects, and clients about services that may be relevant to them;
• Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site;
• Comply with legal obligations, including real estate licensing and record-keeping requirements.

We use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help organize, classify, and route inquiries and business contact information. We do not use automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

We do not sell personal information for money. Privacy laws can define a "sale" or "sharing" more broadly, including some visitor-identification and advertising-related data practices. You can opt out of the optional visitor-identification and session-insight tools through Your Privacy Choices. We share information with service providers that support our business, including website hosting and analytics, database infrastructure, database infrastructure, email delivery, workflow automation, visitor identification, and sales and marketing platforms, which process it on our behalf. We may also share information with our professional advisors; when required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wyn Group LLC or others; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, sale, or reorganization.

Our hosting analytics does not rely on cookies. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, the third-party visitor identification technology described in Sections 2.2 through 2.4 may use cookies, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and local storage and to limit tracking through privacy settings and extensions; the Site remains usable with these technologies blocked.

Your Privacy Choices lets you turn optional Analytics and Visitor and session insights on or off at any time. We honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional tools off unless you actively choose to allow them.

7.1 Marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message, replying to tell us, or emailing hello@wyngroup.com.

7.2 Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@wyngroup.com. Include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and tell us whether you seek access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, including under Minnesota and other U.S. state privacy laws — you may have additional rights, and we honor those rights where they apply.

If we deny a privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will review the appeal as required by applicable law and explain any further options available to you.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted connections and restricting access to lead records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
