Wyn Group opens Dallas office as Twin Cities firm expands out of state

Wyn Group is expanding beyond Minnesota with its first out-of-state office in Dallas. The move positions the firm closer to investors, partners, and clients in one of the country's fastest-growing metropolitan areas while establishing a platform for long-term growth across Texas.
Story Highlights
◆The Dallas office is Wyn Group's first location outside Minnesota and will be led by Managing Partners Raymond Nguyen and Julie Du.
◆Wyn Group plans to acquire a building for its Dallas office and add brokers and support staff as the local operation grows.
◆The expansion will pursue opportunities in retail, mixed-use development, investment sales, and brokerage services across Dallas-Fort Worth.
Why Dallas-Fort Worth
The Business Journal cited U.S. Census Bureau data identifying Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington as the country's second-fastest-growing metropolitan area behind Houston at the time of publication. Wyn Group sees the region's population growth, corporate relocations, and development activity as strong drivers for commercial real estate demand.
The firm expects Dallas to offer a different opportunity set from the stable, relationship-driven Twin Cities market. Its initial focus includes retail and mixed-use projects, investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, business advising, and property management.
Dallas Leadership
Raymond Nguyen brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, primarily in retail. Before joining Wyn Group, he worked with Plano-based Open Space Group and helped place six brands within the 660-acre PGA Frisco development. He has represented tenants and investors across the Dallas metro area and Houston.
Julie Du is a Dallas native with a decade of experience at eXp Commercial, where she specialized in real estate development and investment. Her work has ranged from helping independent business owners secure their first locations to supporting public companies with multi-market expansion strategies.
A Platform for Growth
Wyn Group specializes in value-add and opportunistic investments that reposition underused real estate. Marshall Nguyen and Stas Manchik launched the firm in August 2023, building on experience with projects such as Asia Mall in Eden Prairie and Asia Village at Northtown Mall in Blaine.
The firm's broader redevelopment and advisory work also includes the Pan-Asian Center planned for the former Macy's at Maplewood Mall and ownership in Eat Street Crossing. That local track record provides the foundation for Wyn Group's Dallas expansion while the company continues to invest in Minnesota.
