Marshall Nguyen is currently a Commercial Real Estate investor and Advisor specializing in Retail Investments and Brokerage services. When he began his career in CRE in 2017 with the Caspian Group he quickly recognized a need for representation within the minority community.
With this in mind, he found an untapped market to make a significant sociological difference within his community. As his experience grows, he’s been able to represent and partner with some of the largest clients in Minnesota and in the US- specializing in developing and adaptive reuse community focus Lifestyle Centers, Big Boxes, and Regional Malls across the country.
He hopes to continue to help bridge the gap between future investors in Asia to Minnesota and the United States of America. Marshall introduced the first two-story Asia Mall concept to Minnesota, spearheading this project as one of many inspirations from his travels throughout Asia. Born in Vietnam, he aims to serve the unserved and help his clients and partners achieve their dreams.
Marshall received many awards in 2022 including CRE Broker of the Year, Redevelopment Project of the Year, and People's Choice Award at the Real Estate Journal Award Ceremony (Oscars for CRE), which over 1,000 attendees attended. He has also been inducted in Finance & Commerce's The Power 30; listing him as one of the most influential people in Minnesota's commercial real estate industry.

Marshall Nguyen is the Founder and CEO of Wyn Group, a Commercial Real Estate Investment and Brokerage firm based in the Twin Cities of MN. Apart from his role at Wyn Group, Marshall also serves as a strategic Partner at Pacifica Square USA. This company specializes in acquiring and developing properties in high-density and thriving Asian markets across the United States. Their focus lies in transforming big-box retailers and regional malls into open-air, Asian Lifestyle Shopping Centers.
Among his numerous accomplishments, Marshall pioneered the first Asia Mall in Minnesota and is instrumental in the development of Pacifica of Burnsville, a redevelopment project to revitalize Burnsville Center, (Regional Mall in MN). Recently, he garnered several prestigious accolades, including the Commercial Real Estate Broker of the Year Award, the Redevelopment Project of the Year Award, and the People's Choice Award by the nationally recognized Real Estate Journal where there were over 1,500 people in attendance. He has also been honored with inclusion in Finance & Commerce's "The Power 30" list, and named among the Twin Cities Business Top 100, affirming his position as one of Minnesota's most influential figures in the field and many more.
