Danilo Ojeda brings an analyst's mindset to commercial real estate, shaped by a career in technology and cybersecurity. He earned an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems and pursued a Bachelor of Science at the University of Minnesota Crookston, building a foundation in systems, data, and structured problem solving.

 

His professional background is in cybersecurity, where he manages identity and access systems for a large healthcare organization. That work trained him to think in terms of risk, detail, and structure, the same discipline he now applies to underwriting deals and evaluating investments.

 

Danilo developed a strong grasp of CRE fundamentals, including cap rates, net operating income, and value-add strategy, through hands-on analysis and continuous study. He has analyzed deals across the country, from net-lease retail in the Twin Cities to medical office and redevelopment opportunities, sharpening his eye for what makes a property work.

 

Outside of work, Danilo is driven by curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. He brings discipline, structure, and a problem-solving mindset to everything he takes on, from technology to real estate.
